- Acted as acquirer’s counsel to BMC Software, Inc., a provider of system and service management solutions primarily for large enterprises, in its $800 million tender offer for BladeLogic, Inc., a provider of datacenter automation software.
- Acted as acquirer’s counsel to eBay Inc., a Fortune 500 company, in its acquisition of Bill Me Later, Inc., a provider of online credit, for $820 million in cash and $125 million in outstanding options.
- Acted as acquirer’s counsel to eBay Inc. in its acquisition of VuVox Network Corporation, a visual media company that enables users to share and produce personal media, for an undisclosed amount.
- Acted as seller's counsel to Avtec, Inc., a producer of microprocessor based radio/telephone console systems, in its merger with CVG, Inc., a provider of secure, satellite-based communication solutions, for an undisclosed amount.
- Acted as seller's counsel to CellGate, Inc., a producer of pre-clinical and clinic oncology compounds, in its merger with Progen Pharmaceuticals Limited and Progen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., providers of oncology solutions, for consideration consisting of stock, cash, assumption of liabilities and milestone payments.
